UPDATE: CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS IN SUNYANI/GHANA

The school project in Sunyani, Ghana, which is being carried out by the Peter Krämer Foundation in cooperation with the Hamburg-based Block Foundation, has progressed rapidly and is now nearing completion. The dedicated construction workers on site leveled the ground, built the shell and the roof, poured the screed in the interior rooms, and decorated the exterior walls with colorful stone panels. In the coming weeks, this school will be made available to the girls and boys in the region. We are already looking forward to the children’s smiling faces and the spectacular opening ceremony so typical of Africa, with speeches, drumming, and dancing. Our special thanks go to the Madamfo Foundation/Germany-Ghana and our partners from the Block Foundation.
